Ran Cross Country and Distance events for River Valley HS (Three Oaks, MI). Team Captain and 4 year State Qualifier
Ran Cross Country and Track at Hope College where I minored in Kinesiology (exercise science). Team Captain for both Cross Country and Track.
Post College Running: Competitive running in races from 5k up to marathons. I have also been a pacer for several years at the Chicago Marathon and Grand Rapids Half Marathon.
